I know that subKUA does not exist in Aadhaar ecosystem, what I am not sure whether a KUA can provide ekYC as a service to other partners, ofcourse after getting the user’s consent. Please share your thoughts on this. March 23, 2017 at 9:29 pm #1854 Nikhil KumarKeymaster Yes, they can provide as far as I know. It is the responsibility of the KUA, however to ensure it is used for the right purposes. For example, as a KUA, I have opened up my eKYC API to my partner company. If a customer tries to perform eKYC with the partner company. Who will keep the eKYC data? Can we share it with them or not?
